Superior Fence & Rail Center St, Apex

While I was extremely impressed with Jeff who helped us with the purchase, and the speed of install, I wasn't all impressed with the outcome I received. During installation some concrete power was dropped on my driveway, and when it started misting that became an issue with trying to get it removed. Similar things happened in the back yard, with me finding spots of concrete a few feet from any of the holes, and a spot where it looks like they started digging a hole, realized it was incorrect, and left a 6 inch deep hole a few feet in from the fence line. When it came to the wood, the planks had a ton of knots in them which wasn't a deal breaker, but there were plastic bar codes stapled to the bottom of every plank, and even a month later I am still getting those plastic bits blowing all around my yard. 3ish weeks after install I had one board warp (not a big issue, it happens), but when I reached out, I was told someone would schedule a repair with me that never happened. Overall not a terrible experience, the price and time frame were good, but not a great experience either.

Our crew led by Lucas showed up at the time agreed to. As soon as they arrived they went to work. The 2 helpers started unloading the materials while Lucas and I went over the plans to make sure we both agreed as to what was to be built and the location of the fence and the 2 gates. We would recommend and do recommend Superior Fence and Rail of Raleigh. They are easy to work with and listen to what you want and come up with a plan that meets those expectations and the cost.

Team Grande was excellent. They were on time, professional and did outstanding work. Stacey in the office consistently kept us abreast of our installation. We highly recommend Superior Fence.

Nathan was great and communicated with me throughout the process. Stacey was easy to work with and responded quickly. Lucas and his crew were amazing and they installed the fence fast. My fence looks great!

Nathan is person who worked on the estimating and measuring the fencing & quote. He is very friendly and nice. Dint hesitate answering any questions and ask we do. Lino is the person did the installation and he is very professional and experienced.

We were originally scheduled for Wednesday 4/21 but due to an accident of overbooking they stated they would come out Saturday on their day off and possibly even Friday if they finish their job early. Sure enough, they came out today 4/23. They finished our 306 linear footage yard in 6 hours?! I am baffled. Our fence looks so great. Shout out to: Alfonzo, jesus and Alex! They were very: professional, respectful and courteous! Highly recommend this company. We were originally sold on going with this company because we had a gentleman named Tim who came out and broke it down Barney style on what would be done, how and why just made it very personable which made us feel special. You should absolutely put these people on your list of quotes when getting your project done. They deserve your time, and ultimately your consideration. Nathan was my sales rep and was very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and when it came time to measuring out the fence, he did so respectfully and quickly. My wife and I narrowed it down to 3 companies, after a total of 7 quotes, and superior won out. Pricing-wise, they were in the middle only being slightly more expensive than the cheapest. After we put the deposit down, Stacey (Stacy?) Was the project coordinator and set us up with a super quick lead time! We set up the date, and she had everything ready to go when the install crew showed up. Lucas was the install crew, and they rocked it out! She showed up right on time, and we walked around the property to confirm the drawings, and just sort out any questions or concerns they had. Like, how we have a rain water runoff on the side of our property, and that the posts would be just offset of it. They got to work right away, and completed the job in one day! Other houses in my development with the same property size had jobs last 2 or 3 days with the wood piled up on their driveway or grass. We didn't have to deal with that at all. Lucas finished up the job, cleaned up nice, and we went on another walkthrough to inspect the job. They did a fantastic job, and they went on their way, leaving nothing behind. I definitely think it's well worth it to have them at the very least quote you a job. I'm pretty sure you'll end up using them.
