Shyann has handled both of our mortgages since moving to Flagstaff, 14 years apart. SHYANN IS AMAZING!! I was a first time home buyer and was not familiar with the process. I had a busy job as a salesperson at a dealership so my hours were all over the place. We were planning on getting a new build so that’s how we met her since she works with Capstone. We didn’t end up purchasing a Capstone home, but we stuck with Shyann! She made everything so easy and held my hand through the process. She was never to busy for me and worked around my schedule. Sometimes we would go over numbers at 9pm!
