These guys know what they are doing. I don't know about the dealership in general, but I can attest to their service section. They are straightforward and not trying to rip you off. Advise you on not doing services that are not necessary or due. I came in early morning without appointment since I was traveling the next day, atleast they listened to me and explained I had to wait a bit longer as they asked their tech Mgr if it was possible to get my car in the line. My car got only the service it needed and I only waited for about 2 & half hours. Y'all got my attention and business!

These guys are just out to get your money. Went in and was told that the diagnostic charge would be rolled into the repair if I chose to do it with them. When they told me what the repair would cost, I asked well what about the credit for the diagonosis? GERRY/GERALD said nope no credit, we "roll it into the same transaction"... like what? That's not how any other shop I've been to works. Also, they wanted to charge me 2+ hours of labor for the repair, but I did the repair myself and it took 30 minutes. I heard JOHN is good, and the technicians who actually perform the work are good, but the customer service reps are AWFUL. Had they worked with me, I would have gladly done the repair with them, but charging for hours of labor when it doesn't take that long is borderline fraud

First time visit. So far so good. Hope to continue the relationship. Time will tell.

Know what to expect and you won't be disappointed. John is really a pleasure to do business with. He is very helpful and knowledgeable, answers all our questions.

Where does Toyota experience becomes quality it seems like people just have jobs and a business is just corporate not even the littlest thing was cared for I had low pressure in my tire in the warning sign was on it only takes 2 seconds to fill up some air in the tires which they totally ignored. $150 for Diagnostics to find out to change some buttons for charge of $900 which I did not do and fifty bucks for a rental car which I only drove less than 2 miles home and back to the car dealership my point is for the littlest things and consideration that separates of company of quality to the point of people just having jobs and a corporate just making money don't get me wrong employees were very nice and doing their thing but it takes a lot more than then that thanks for the experience

Excellent service, and always willing to try and accommodate with scheduling.

I get simple oil changes here. They try to up sell suggested and some unnecessary services a lot. It's a dealership.
