    You guys....If you are seeing 1 star reviews it’s Bc they called the 800 number. My review would have been a 1 star, but I decided to try the local bank. More specifically, Manhattan. Johannah took the time to listen to my concerns and she wanted to help. I wasn’t just an account number. Customer service is a rare & dying breed, hardly exists nowadays. It exists at the Manhattan location. Thank you again Manhattan branch and more specifically Johannah, Patrick (manager), and Angel. I’m very thankful for your care and kindness!!

    Every time I emerge through the doors of this facility, I am welcomed by an abundance of both warm and charming staff members who consistently strive to make my satisfaction of their greatest importance.     Worst bank I’ve ever come across. Terrible customer service, hardly ever answer the phones causing you to get transferred to a different branch. Never up to date on pending withdraws and purchases. Decided to take out 500 dollars and call it a chargeback fee? Never got a phone call about it either, didn’t think to call me about it ? Strange. Needless to say a customer is lost due to the laziness and confusion. An updated app may serve as beneficial in the future as their app now looks like it’s from the year 2000. Much work needs to be done in order to provide services to the customers, cause I’m really not even sure what they do there. Seems to be run by people who don’t have the slightest clue about customer service or banking in general. Haven’t had a week go by without an issue. Just stick with chime. Haven’t had this account for more than a year and it’s been one of the most stressful experiences of my life.

    The bank and people who work at this location are amazing! EVERYTIME I go in, I’m ALWAYS greeted by name, made to feel welcome and helped promptly. The managers and staff are so helpful and friendly, I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Sunflower Bank, on Anderson. Thank you everyone!!!

    The bank in general is the best bank I have ever had. I have had many bank accounts. Wells Fargo, chase, sunwest, US bank, and by far this is the best bank hands down. Everyone is so kind and understanding. I feel like I’ll use this bank until the end of my days! In This specific branch, I’ve had nothing but good positive experiences! I’d definitely recommend this bank to anyone and everyone! If your hesitant, I hope my review gets you to decide to try this bank! It’s definitely a good choice!!!

    Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a bank. Opened the account in December, still waiting on a debit card at the end of January, and my atm card stopped working almost three weeks ago with no solution in sight. At this point, it's easier just to go to a new bank.

    By far the worst possible financial institution I have ever worked with. Let me begin with the guy who set up my account--the manager. He forgot to update my address from when I was a child and so my debit card and pin number were sent to my CHILDHOOD ADDRESS. I had not lived there in over 15 years. Major security breach. Next, their online banking does not integrate with any budgeting apps without it constantly locking you out of online banking. And, their online banking does not update in real time so transactions might not show up for 3-5 days. You never have a good idea of how much money is in your account unless you use a check ledger which most people with debit cards neglect to do. No good automatic text messaging that you can trust to give you an accurate picture of how much is in your account. When you call customer service, they simply act like none of these issues are their problem. Your bank should make your life easier, not a constant headache. I am in the process of moving all my money and direct deposits to another financial institution. I would rather keep all my money in a pillow than ever deal with this nightmare again. Stay far, far away! The sad thing is the cashiers at the local branch are nice, but their customer service agents make banking with them impossible.

    They like to take money from accounts for no reason other than they can't properly process things in order so charge you bogus fees. Customer service sucks they claim they send you the proper notification but cant prove it other then say they sent it.

    I originally opened my account with Tammy in the Junction City office. She was so incredibly amazing and helpful. I have since worked with wonderful people at multiple branches at they are all similar: they are people-oriented, kind, and will always go the extra mile. Their web platform isn't great, but where it falls short, their people make up for it in SPADES.
