Sunflower Bank E Main St, El Paso

Sunflower bank... Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. They closed my account shortly after I opened it. I have several business accounts at other banks and had heard Sunflower bank had good rates. Because my business name does not have the word “The” in front of Epoonential Group, I was denied an account after being given an account. No explanation or advice on to correct the problem was given. Sunflower bank just plain SUCKS.

They keep locking my account repeatedly, online and through the app, without explanation. I cannot see my transactions nor if I've been overcharged, double charged, check for fraud activity etc. This is the worst online banking I've ever experienced.

You can't compare the customer service to any other bank. They go above and beyond to make sure your banking goes smoothly and they offer so many different services.

The staff are very welcoming and care about their customers. I get a family vibe from this bank. This bank is El Paso.

Relatively new in El Paso, located on the 3rd floor, not easy to fined. Not sure they can compete with the larger banks.

Very content with my business account and the personalized customer service at all 3 branches.

Three weeks ago, she was a very nice girl named Erica Rivera, who invited me to join first national and she managed it because it is a very personalized bank and she is always aware of all my doubts. She is a very hard worker and very effective in her work. .
