Suncoast Credit Union Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers

I went in with a simple task just a notary on a notebook paper letter I wrote for my dad. Nancy Hicks went above and beyond and typed it and made it way better then what it was. It was so nice of her to go out of her way to provide such great customer service and when done with that take she asked if I needed anything else and I had a question about beneficiaries. Nancy helped me understand that I needed to be covered by both the checking and savings which I am glad I did because you never know what could happen any day. After that task I was told I could get a new debit card and fast since mine was beat up. Glad I went in to suncoast banking and trusted them to take care of my needs. Thumbs up to Wendy for her great service and caring heart the world needs more good people like her.

I cannot thank Ms. C. Peters enough for guiding me with my finances. She had the experience to provide me with solutions and a clear path to protect my credit and assets. I really felt like my bank was in my corner. I was not just a member number in a computer. I even worked with some of her team members to complete paperwork and they were just as helpful and kind.

Had to update my account and get new debit card, Christopher at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Really appreciated the quick service and his polite personality. Would definitely come back to this Sun coast branch.

I really appreciate Suncoast for their banking services. I normally do all of my banking at this location it's very convenient and I love the drive thru video tellers. I am disturbed by the upsidedown cross on the roof. The arrangement of the new solar panels has created this issue. Please correct this issue by adding more solar panels. Thank you. *08/27/2021... Thank you for responding to my review. And for filling in the solar panels so that the upsidedown cross is gone. I'm sure that was the plan all along, no company would intentionally display that. The Riverdale branch that I went to was very helpful deleting exactly what she’s talking about and very nice and polite I will be back and I will re-recommend this bank to my friends and others.
