Great company to do your banking with! Christopher Starling is the manager at this location and provides top notch customer service. He was able to help my mother out with an auto refinance and walk her thru the steps with a process she wasn't familiar with. Suncoast Credit Union is an awesome company to do business with and Mr. Starling is an asset to the organization!

I am moving back to Florida for one last Tour ( active military). I went to open a new account. Apparently, my wife had a previous account (I was an authorized user) with a small balance; I thought no problem and paid the small fee. Now, for me to open an account, I need to find a titan arum, take it to the Shores Of Vaadhoo but by route of The Underground City Of Derinkuyu and deliver it to Vaquita. ( I have been told three different things to open a new account.) I guess I'll need a Presidential Order, Papal Bull, or a Proclamation Issued by his Holiness the Dalai Lama, delivered by walking 1300 miles to the nearest branch and deliver it whilst I flagellation myself, but before I leave, required performed a piroueantein into an arabesque and courtesy my way out of the door!! Then and only then might I open a new account. Making it hard to bank is not the way to attract new or old customers..... UPDATE.... It's now the 9th of January; I emailed the link below on the response, and guess what... No response... Suncoast school is a joke, and their so-called customer service does not exist. I would hate to see how they treat members...

I tried Suncoast for a car loan because they gave me a very good rate. Better than anyone else. But I currently regret it, I rather pay more a month for a better bank. The mobile application does barely anything, if you compare that mobile app from Chase or anyother bank institution you will see the big difference (cant even take a pic of your checks to deposit them). You go to the branch and they dont want to talk to you even if they are not doing anything, they want you to go talk to a computer I find that as extremely poor customer service and they probably miss on a lot of sales opportunities for the same reason. The bank looks and feels so LAZY on giving good customer service. You come to google to find out the phone number to talk to someone at the branch but the phone number is the regular customer service number that you have to talk to a computer for 15 min just for a simple question that someone at the branch could of answer in 1 min. You have to lower your rates so low to obtain customers but push your customers away with poor quality service. Next time I rather keep doing my business with Chase even If I have to pay extra monthly. (This review has nothing to do with the people working at this branch but with the company itself) your CEO needs to invest in customer service to gain business in return.

Worst virtual banking experience. Been here 10 minutes waiting for a teller connect and screen restarted 3 times taking me out of line and starting again. I cant deposit at the regular atm and of course no one here on the weekend. Think it was a mistake opening this account might just go to a bank that puts customer service as a priority
