Yes they are nice I went to them to file my taxes .When they got done they had me owing the government over 3000 dollars and they wanted to charge me $100 to amend they mistake.I called and called corporate no one ever got back to me in two days.I called the store location back and spoke to the person that did my taxes she said yes they waved your amendment fee lol but no manager or anyone from corporate called me back about the issue period.Guess they say we waived the fee we shouldn't never had tried to charge you and we delayed your taxes longer and fuc$ how you feel about it.DONT file your taxes there.Yes it was a mistake but when corporate/manager's don't care enough to return customers calls that's a problem.

The gentleman I worked with was very helpful and answered all my questions and addressed them professionally
