I absolutely hate the new set up. I want face to face customer service and you have completely taken that away. Sun Federal Credit Union no longer cares about their customers. I will be closing all of my accounts and taking my business to glass city credit Union.

I have been a member of Sun Federal Credit Union for over 20 Years. I honestly have had nothing but exceptional service from every person I have dealt with over the years. I’ve also experienced their wonderful customer service in several of their branches as well as several Co-Op Branches. My advice to everyone is: If you ever get a chance to become a Member of Sun Federal Credit Union, I suggest you take advantage of all their wonderful opportunities they offer. The are definitely a 💯% Friendly banking institution.

There are some people who work during banking hours monday-friday. We need to be able to do our banking on Saturdays. I find out the banks no longer open on Saturdays. It's just another service lost to us AP credit union members since this merger. It used to be a bank where you felt like they cared for their customers not so anymore. I'll be using another bank that is open on Saturdays. I mean they get enough days off with every holiday throughout the year plus Sundays.

Thanks! The dealer took for ever to take care of paper work and I needed to get to work. Sandra really did he best to get me in and out with the loan done on a Friday. I really appreciate all the friendly staff and hard work they did for me that day. Another dealer mistake and loan dept. Still had me out fast after looking into it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OPENED A CHECKING ACCOUNT AND COULD NOT ACCESS MY MONEY UNLESS I PERSONALLY SPOKE WITH A TELLER ISSUE WITH MY BANK CARD WAS NEVER RESOLVED THE MANAGER COULD CARE LESS AS HE JUST SAT IN HIS OFFICE AND DIDNT OFFER HELP! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT SUN FEDERAL GO TO DIRECTIONS THEY HAVE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Long waits on the weekend, but that is to be expected.
