I’ve been a member for at least 15yrs. Asked for them to waive a NSF charge as a courtesy to long time member. They can’t do it! Gonna ask anyone who may to pull their accounts and close them. It’ll take me a few months with auto payments and direct deposit into the account but they obviously don’t appreciate my business. Guess my balances aren’t high enough for them to courtesy that payment back to. Received a call from Jose Colon a manager from the bank. He apologized profusely for the lack of customer service i received. He immediately rectified the issue and takes customer appreciation very seriously. Thank you so much Jose, i just really couldn’t believe after 15 years i was dismissed so quickly.

I visited Springfield locations today since its the closest to me, I wanted to take advantage of the special offer they are promoting until April 30th, there were 2 tellers I stopped at the first one and she directed me to go to the other teller that he could help me, there were not anyone else in there at this time, I wanted to open an account for my minor age nephew, he said he couldn’t help me at that time (1:30) pm since the person who could had just left for lunch, n when she returns that he will take his lunch which would make him be returning 3:00pm n they close at 4:30 n have a lots to do before closing this male teller ask if I can come back tomorrow, or visit another location he said Upper Darby location isn't too far away, I never dealt with such incompetent customer service representative of a Financial Institution of this nature, I will definitely be withdrawing and closing several accounts I have as soon as possible. Totally negligent of his customer service position.

I Have been a member of this bank since 1994 and have only had one bad experience with this Credit Union But when I went to the office and showed them where They made a Mistake they quickly apologized and rectified the mistake. I only wish that they had more Branches We live in Maryland and my Closed branch is in Atson PA it's a 3 Hr drive one way the benifit us thedistance makes it harder to manage large retirement accounts ts but that makes it harder to waste my savings. They are a good Credit Union I would recommend them highly Great service and attentive service

Horrible customer service in branch and over the phone! They make too many mistakes I don’t know from where start! I made a payment for my loan and ended as my credit card payment?!! I wanted to give a cero stars because I been dealing with this nightmare since March!!

This place is a joke. Trying to open a estate account for my dad I have all the paperwork needed verified by my tax attorney only for then to tell me it still isn't good enough. Than make it a hassle when I want to close out my membership. Can't wait till I get on the phone with corporate and have it all closed out. Putting money in my mattress would be better than this place.

Terrible customer service at this branch. Stick with Springfield, never had an issue. Bridgette Zell didn't feel the need to reply to any of my emails. Had to call the generic help line to finally get a response on my loan - since I wasn't approved I wasn't of any use to her, I suppose. Not even sure why this loan was handled by Aston to begin with. I have two loans currently with them processed through Springfield, have never missed a payment, consistently pay early and can't even receive a response when it's not beneficial to them after being a member of over 5 years. Disappointing. Would have just been nice to get a yes or no direct answer.

I called on Tuesday with an issue I'm having and the woman said she would call me back and guess what, its Thursday and still no call back. Needless to say I'm not happy

How long would you or should you wait for anyone to pick up the phone? 20 minutes, 30 minutes... Still waiting for a representative to pick up!!! Clients do not have this much time to wait.

This credit union is garbage! After dealing with your RUDE tellers today, I will NEVER walk into another SUN EAST CU again!!

Horrible experience with a used car loan at this bank. They held onto tax payment on the vehicle for 4 years...4 years and never bothered to send the check to me via mail. I had to call the precious loan holder, because they wouldn’t, to reissue. I had to wait for the check to then go to the auto tag because...they wouldn’t. I had to do all the leg work. Even the insurance company was surprised a bank refused to do this. To add insult to injury, they damaged my credit while I was resolving the mess they created. Think twice before doing business with these people.
