Tried to set up phone appointment. Was completely blown off and employee was out of office during scheduled time

Opened a checking account with Tracy today, and she was FANTASTIC! I brought my 1yr old along and both her and Heather made it enjoyable! Heather actually walked around with her while I was signing up so she didn't have to be coped up, and even gave her a hot pink pair of Summit shades! Best experience I've ever had at a bank/credit union.

Summit has a great vibe! The people are really nice, and the service is fast. I recently left U.S.Bank because they (my own bank) charged me a fee whenever I used other fee-free A.T.M. machines. U.S. Bank also charged $0.50 for every check deposited through my iPhone, and their WEEKLY mobile deposit limit is roughly one-third of Summit's DAILY mobile deposit limit. If I sound salty, it's because I am. I thought all financial institutions were the same, and I was very wrong. If you are looking for a great credit union/bank, I encourage you to give Summit Credit Union a chance.

Well wasted a half hour trying to make a deposit. Drove to this branch, 2:30 PM, got in drive-through line. It did not move. A little while later, it did not move. Sat for 10-15. Should have parked and gone in but gave up and drove away.

I went to this branch this afternoon and the teller, Stacie, went above and beyond her customer service responsibilities for me! Thank you for your continued great service, Summit!

I was in dire need of a money order or cashier's check to pay a ticket before it was too late and they ruin let me get either without having an account with them!!!! This is a bank, money order s and cashier's check s are what they're supposed to do!!!!
