    ONLY this location is complicated. Running a business this is not the place to go. I got here at 5:30 on a Friday (which they close at 6) still had to wait for an assistant manager to approve checks that I needed deposited, and they still told me I would have a hold placed on the check after I for many years have had banking with them. Never had an issue before. So I come with complete confidence and last minute no one can help. Just don't come to this location at all.

    I’m am so grateful for Miranda Bennett in customer service for helping me through a terrible experience with a fraudulent charge to my account. She helped me quickly secure my account and walked me through the next steps in security and reimbursement.     I was in the driver thru today to pickup a lost debit card replacement that was requested yesterday. The customer service rep told me that I can’t pick it up in the drive thru and the lobby was closed by that time and they couldn’t explain why I can’t pick it up in the drive thru and when I asked for a supervisor they didn’t have an available one .when I wanted to complain coz I picked a debit card before in the drive thru so I don’t know what special this time ,they just gave me the call center number to complain . When I called the call center they confirmed that I could have got the debit card in the drive thru. If you real care about your money and keen on be able to access it all the time ,I recommend you take your business somewhere else where they care more about you and your service more than the credit union that has these bad unless lazy not caring customer service reps.

    All branches need at the very minimum 2 lobby staff in order to help members that aren't doing transactions, most of the time the office staff are busy with appointments or don't bother assisting. I've grown to dislike Summit's lobbies for this reason and try to do everything online as it seems I save more time and gas that way.

    Summit credit union has got to the absolute worst financial institution I've ever used and I used Wells Fargo at the height of their scandal. These people never work with you, they complicate EVERYTHING. They tell you one thing then conveniently change it to suit their own needs and business interests. Stay far, far away from any of their services or branches. There have been two people to ever stand out and the rest have been rude, unaccommodating, or downright patronizing. Always looking out for businesses or themselves and never the member.

    Do your transaction online if you can. The drive thru is the slowest I've ever experienced. Working as a bank teller at bmo harris....I don't know how they can possibly be so slow.

    Went here strictly to help the person I look after every morning. Bank card had expired but the replacements had not arrived yet. Went to the door, but it was locked: the message on the door said this branch was open for those with appointments. As I didn't have one and was told I didn't need one, over to the drive-thru I went. Was only allowed one card as replacement, even though the person I look after is wheelchair bound and does not travel around town unless to his doctor or specialist's offices; I do the various errands that often require me to have a bank card as well.

    Great bank for the most part. I joined because they had the best Construction Loan options. However, I will be leaving this bank as soon as I can. I interact with the banks I have accounts in primarily online, and Summit has by far the worst website I have ever seen for a bank. Clicking on one of your accounts brings up the account information that appears exactly as if it was printed on a receipt. Down to the font, the lines of ******** (asterisks) or periods between lines of information. It's insane how terrible and behind the times it is. Edited: If they fix their website, I could definitely see giving them a 5 star review. I was a tad frustrated by the website when I wrote the review initially. If you don't interact with your bank online, then Summit is still a great option.

    The automated phone system this place has is just terrible, I always have to press five numbers just to connect to someone. Every time I get through to a tell phone I am waiting on hold for five minutes. I am sure someone is available for the phone but no answer. The automated system doesn’t even give a direct option to get through to a teller and they ask you to enter your account number over the phone. I went in once to cash a check and later deposit and one of the tellers caught an attitude with me and told me I need to “learn how to bank.” I went in with a strange check once not knowing it was fake and one of the executive bankers in the offices told me to my face “you look like somebody that would fall for a scam.”
