    I’m moving my money out of here! Susie in the Wire Transfer department treated me like a child who can’t make her own decisions as to how to spend MY money. Absolutely unacceptable meddling in my business decisions on your part Summit. We’ve been customers for many years but the fact that one person can have the ultimate say in a decision that is mine to make is bull! This is enough to move all my accounts and loans out of there.

    I would give zero stars if I could. I use to love this credit union. Now I am closing all accounts and moving to a different one. No one at the Janesville branch wants to work. They only want you to use the teller machines even though there are people in the building. Also called to make an appointment to refinance my mortgage and was told they don’t and won’t take appointments after 3 pm. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. How do they expect people to pay their bills if they have to take work off to meet with them. They don’t care about their members anymore.

    I was given a number to contact a Zee whom was to help me with a loan for my business. When calling and or texting he did not reply. When he finally did he was unhelpful and rude. I will now be looking for a different financial institution to handle my business. Their loss. Zee should learn some communication skills, customer service skills and a lesson on being polite as opposed to rude.

    I waited over 40 min to deposit a check. You need to get automated deposit machines. Instead of video tellers.. takes WAY to long..

    I tried the virtual teller machines twice and have had the same problem with them. The problem is I can't get any service to make a deposit. I follow the directions to touch the screen for a virtual teller and no one every responds. Both visits I spent over 15 minutes waiting for a teller with message on the screen saying sorry no one available please wait. 15 minutes passes no response,then machine times out and you have to start again. I have tried two different times of day and same result.

    Due to the video teller machine, felt as though Im not valued as a customer, so I decided to switch my accounts to another institution.

    Horrible experience depositing a check and cash today. Employee forced me to use a machine while there were two employees available to help me in person. The machine couldnt take my cash, so I had to eventually get them to help me after trying to work with virtual teller. Ridiculous. After I left, they told a man to 'have a seat' and chose to help him in person. The reason I entered the bank instead of the drive thru was to get help from a real person.
