I had reached out to a few other companies recently to secure a refinancing on my mortgage and was surprised to learn that because of some problems with the management company of my condominium association, getting a refinancing to the new, low interest rates might be a problem. Ed Stratton was able to cut through the red tape to secure me a good rate, and the closing costs were less than what I had been quoted from other lenders. Ed and his team – especially Melissa, Brandi, and Zach – made the refinancing possible in less than a month from start to finish. They are true professionals.
