I went in here to see if they had any coins. I found a hidden gem. I suspect it of being a ‘64 Kennedy Half Dollar SMS but I do not think the man knew it. It has all of the key features. I ended up walking out with a pair of 14K white gold studs, as well. The man behind the counter was really kind. If I did not know better, I’d say the coin prices were too high…but I know my coins hehe so I made off with a killing. Thank you, sir!

Went in today to have them make an offer on a gold necklace. They "tested" it and said it was gold plated. Went for a second opinion and other shop confirmed it was indeed 12k gold. Beware.

Took my gold in there a few weeks ago and the young lady dose not know about gold offered ne 200$ for a 22kt 10gram ring went over to cash america down the street and they price pointed it st 900 and gave me 650!!! DO NOT GO HERE GO TO EZ PAWN OR CASH AMERICA!!!!

They are very rude!!!! Do not recommend at all! They talk to people with all kinds of additude have no customer service skills or any compassion towards anything. My husband passed away and as I was looking through his phone as far as recent location's he had been this place was one of them. I advised them of what is going on and that I just wanted to know if he had anything there that I have to pay for or what the circumstances was or if he had even pawned anything or bought anything I was clueless going into this and looking for help from them and obviously that is not what I received. EVEN THOUGH I STAYED HAVING A DEATH CERTIFICATE I COULD EMAIL THEM. Like if dealing with my husband's death isn't enough they said it is a privacy issue even though I have a small affidavit claim notarized dated and signed

A completely unless place. I come in to browse with a friend and my friend asks one of the customers for how much he was selling something and we wanted to see how much the store would give him. The owner explodes with mental anger and starts barking like a dog at us. What I'm trying to say if you want a friendly pawn shop that's super chill, don't go there but to anywhere else. Employees there have anger issues.
