Buying a car from 6 hours away could not have been easier. Sandy Widener was amazing. She sent me pictures and videos to ensure me I knew exactly what I was buying. She and the finance team had everything prepared when we arrived the next day and we were in and out and on the road back to Alabama quickly. Had my truck serviced at their dealership. I was charged for a part that was covered by my service plan, I asked to speak to the service manager was told to leave my phone number and he would call me. The service manager never called me back. I’m in business for myself and know that customer service and word of mouth can make you or brake you! There are other Ford dealerships in the area that care about customer concerns. I will never be going back to this dealership and will voice the poor service I received to all businesses and clients I work with.
