Friendly, professional and accommodating. Was able to come in to their location that was much closer and sign our papers. Everyone was very nice and it was all an easy experience.

Stewart Title and specifically Ken Wettering made the process of purchasing a new home so easy. Buying and closing on a new home can be very hectic and confusing but Ken and his associates were there to answer any questions we had. It was a pleasure working with them and we will definitely be using them in the future.

We had a very bad experience using this title company. When we arrived to sign the paperwork as the seller's of a house, we found numerous errors in the paperwork. Our escrow agent argued with us when we explained that the buyer was supposed to assume one of the costs. She found our contract and sure enough, we were correct. There was also an error involving the HOA dues and the property taxes, with those errors being charged to us. They were supposed to send the paperwork to our realtor prior to our meeting so she could review it and check for errors and that was not done. Yesterday the buyer's closed on the property and the money due to be deposited in our account was almost $20,000 short. We called the Title Co. and were told that the bank had requested a higher payoff. Our escrow agent then told us she would be going home for the day. Seems to me that if you are short almost $20,000 in the money you were supposed to receive that someone at the Title Co. might take an interest in getting the issue resolved. Eight am the next morning we contacted the Title Co. and were told a different story. This time they told us it was an "accounting error" at the Title Co. My husband asked how this kind of error could happen and they gave no explanation. We are still waiting for the money to be deposited in our account which they tell us won't happen for another 24 hours. I do not recommend this Title Co. and will contact the Better Business Bureau also.

We have always had good experiences with Stewart Title ... I've used them for personal escrows and in my practice as attorney. In all cases Stewart Title offered superlative service, clear understanding of what was needed and wanted and a fine attention to detail. I recommend Stewart Title without reservation.

I have purchased and sold 3 homes in the state of Arizona and have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude. Claudia Espinoza at Stewart Title on Swan road was rude when going over the documents over the phone with my husband on a Friday evening and short to explain anything (his first sale of a home), we received the documents 10 minutes after 5pm AZ time (2 hours behind us) and immediately noticed an error that was missing a credit to the buyer, we called back and nobody is available after 5pm on a Friday to answer the phone. We notified our realtor in Arizona promptly and she contacted the person in charge of the paperwork and was reassured it would be handled on Monday morning. I didn't get the corrected paperwork until Monday after 1PM my time (11 am AZ time), and when I got the paperwork back to FED EX, (Which they never mailed us, we had to print the paperwork ourselves and find the local drop off) it was nearly 5pm our time. Which was followed up by an incredibly rude phone call by Claudia Espinoza asking why we just didn't sign and notarize the "important papers" and send it back? Because it was to be corrected. First RULE of Real Estate, don't sign paperwork until the correct document is in front of you! No apologies that she emailed the incorrect figures to us (benefits the buyer, not the seller in this point) and no explanation other than "sign and notarize, FEDEX back". HER error moved out closing date back a day, for her to say we should have signed it anyways. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.

It was an easy process but they over promised, and under delivered. I’m waiting in their lobby for our check from selling our house. It was promised to be ready by early afternoon, and then by 4:45 and now it’s after hours and still no check. The banks closed and I have to wait until tomorrow to get it the bank. Don’t promise if you ya e no intentions to deliver! That is my biggest pet peeve! I will not recommend this location to anyone needing a title service.

Great company to work with. Very nice people and quick to address any questions I had. I would highly recommend Stewart Title.
