I have always been under the impression that Title companies existed for the sole purpose of dispersing pertinent information to buyers and sellers of real estate at the time of closing. I recently purchased a property in Boulder county, but was instructed, twice, to follow the instructions given me to pay any taxes and register my new mobile home in Weld county. I just burnt up 3 hours of my day and half a tank of gas, driving to Greeley, just to be told that I actually need to do all that was requested in Boulder. I was told the reason I was given the wrong instructions is because they are so busy that they didn't have time to generate the proper addresses on the instruction sheet. Evidently, my time holds no value to these people.
