Sterling Bank S Mt Auburn Rd, Cape Girardeau

I've never encountered a bank with such outstanding customer service. My mother opened a checking account and safety deposit box at the Cape Girardeau branch and we've had nothing but a positive experience. The tellers are attentive and very kind. Also, when I came in to be added to my mother's safety deposit box, the back office staff were extremely kind and answered all of my questions. Finally, I needed to place something in the safety deposit box before I flew back home to Europe. The staff actually unlocked the lobby door after hours to let me place something in the safety deposit box. I have never had a bank do that before! I highly recommend moving over to Sterling Bank.
