Everyone involved in the process of buying our new home from sales office to design center, and construction managers were professional and went above and beyond creating a wonderful experience during the purchase of our new home. Thank you!
Thank you for the amazing review, Amir! We always love hearing about our wonderful team, and we'll make sure that they're recognized for their excellent service. Take care!

Beautiful Homes.. Not cheap.. Smh.. Awesome area to live and raise a family.. Only thing that scares me are our fires we get every year in these mountain's.. I have grown up here all my life an was here even before all these ppl and homes were here..When it wasn't even a dirt road yet..
Thank you for the 5 stars, J - that's amazing! Glad to see our services were to your liking.

Pt. 2 - Cutoff due to character limit Experience with Pulte Everything was great until the day we closed, they butter you up then once you close and get your keys, you are left to fend for yourself, even when Pulte is at fault. I have summarized my experience. -No Heat: The heating system in the home was not working at all. Their person in charge of construction, claims the system was tested 3 times. If it was tested they did an inadequate job as when the company came to repair they said this system could have never worked since there was the wrong filter size in the unit, so it couldn’t have operated at all. The second unit in the home didn’t even have the wires connected, so that couldn’t have worked at all either. It was 44 degrees, we were freezing the first night in our brand new home. In California, 44 degrees is COLD! We were so cold, I email Pulte at 3:30am and they replied back a few hours later saying contact the heating company and after hours emergency help. No help what so ever, we were on our own even when they delivered a home to us that was not ready to be closed on. It took 7 days to get the heat figured out because of the Holidays, we closed on December 30th. When I complained about heating taking so long to be fixed, Pulte blamed the holiday, then whats the use of the emergency help line? LOL -No accountability, just finger pointing: Anytime we try to get help each person you contact, just tells you to contact someone else or says its no their department. -Paint drips on floors and countertops -Exposed staples in the carpet -We were first time buyers and they didn’t let us have our realtor during the walkthrough probably because of all of the unfinished items in the home. -Walkthrough: I mentioned issues with trash removal and WiFi. The construction person doing the walkthrough with us was making it seem like we were dumb when we explained the issues to her and in the end it turned out, she was the one that was wrong. She also failed to release the phase, thats why we had the issues we were having…. We didn’t have WiFi for 7 days because Pulte didn’t no were the conduit was. Turns out it was mislabeled. We both work from home and they knew how important WiFi is to us. Literally lost thousands of dollars due to no WiFi. -It really seems like they just wanted to rush closing to meet their little sales quotas and get their little bonuses for the end of the year. In conclusion, buy at your own risk. The community has a lot of potential if builders cared about anything other than their bottom line.

Grew up west side of valley and love the so cal beauty of mountains & landscape. Seeing this development so close to the small rustic community I was raised in for 30 yrs did not give me feelings of happiness & content for future residents especially children. How in the world was this land developed asked the elephant in the room? Hoping new home owners did their research and fought for lifetime health insurance while negotiating home price. No one knew what happened when I grew up & played in the hills. We do now. SSFL

I purchased a home here and have now been here for a year. They have been very responsive to my issues and the entire process from purchase, selection of interior design to build to move in was really smooth and flawless. Love the home and could not be happier with my choice of communities.

Absolutely amazing experience right from early days when we went the very first time and met Jonathan (sales agent) and worked through construction with Tim (Construction Mgr.) And other coordinators including design home and documentation and administrative people. Highly recommend this team of Pulte and will definitely use Pulte in future again. Thank you team Pulte and keep up the good work.

I had the worst experience while visiting the sales office. I met with Gary Loebig Sales Consultant. A very rude, unprofessional, angry sales person. Advertising on MLS some of the properties for $954000 and once you are there he gives you unreasonable prices and if you try to ask any questions about the price or if you want to look at the properties he just does not want to show houses. He has a map in the office and is trying to tell you that that's "what it is". When I asked if there were other sales representative I was told he was the only one. I am looking for a one level house because my son is temporary in wheelchair. The minute he heard disabled person he told me there were no one level homes available and there will not be any to be build in the future, even though they are still building and there are one level homes listed on MLSThat is discrimination against people with disabilities which will be reported to the Fair Housing. I contacted the PulteGroup administration, have not heard from them yet. Buying a house is a very stressful event but to have to deal with some ignorant, rude sales people makes it worse. The houses are overpriced and the company needs sales rep like this one to push the sales. Worst experience.

We have not yet moved in but if their responsiveness is any predictor, we will be moving in on time with an excellent home builder by our side. Tim Vallas, construction supervisor, is absolutely extraordinary. Johnathan butler in sales was great during the sales process and vicki laforteza at the design studio...simply marvelous!!!more to come...

Their workmanship and quality of work may be worst in the industry. Too many problems with the houses. Service response is slow. We moved about a year ago still they did not finish fixing everything. Time to time they send their big bosses, they come and give some leap service and leave.

So glad we didnt move here. Land is contaminated (this is not going to change for many, many years) and nearby communities are burning down right now. Whole neighborhood is under mandatory evacuation! We're so lucky we chose a place a mile away from fire danger!
