I had the WORST EXPERIENCE! I paid my son’s loan payment ONCE with my credit card and they were SUPPOSE TO DELETE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, well the manager lied to me and DID NOT DELETE my bank card information. When they could not reach my son to make his next payment, they WITHDREW MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO MAKE MY sons ACCOUNT LOOK POSITIVE FOR THEIR AUDITOR. Nevertheless, that put my account into the negative status. When my son called them about the matter the manager was rude to him. In conclusion, I had to wait a whole weekend before my account was reestablished. So my advise is to NEVER GET A LOAN FROM THIS PLACE!!

The process was super simple and it was all done online. Very helpful staff explained the whole process.

Never again do Business with them Very poor service Supposedly I had 2 accounts at the same time and they were taking money out of my bank without my permission That’s calling the branch manager on wwwhite rd and calling The field manager over the phone was worse 😡😡😡
