Jamie Bowman has been a tremendous help to me. He has been my insurance agent for about 6 months now and within that 6 months, Jamie and his crew have helped save me lots of dollars. I have been a state farm customer for 12 years and after moving to Spokane and switching to this office, I will be leaving State Farm. The office quoted incorrect pricing and didn't inform me until the second month, my savings were never applied because of poor customer service, and this office seemed happy to see me leave as a customer. If I could leave zero stars I would.
