I went by to make a large withdrawal and this was by far the easiest visit I have had to any credit union! Both of the young women on the teller line greeted me at the same time. Raven was wonderful and inviting. She counted my cash back very accurately and easy for me to see.

Never deposit cash or a check in the ATM after hours. This is the second time this machine has taken my cash/checks and said it could not process my transaction. Took the money/check but NO receipt and no record of transactions.

Find another SECU branch for car loans or title issues.

I have had many experiences with many different NCSECU employees in the past few years, most of them pleasant, some of them frustrating. But today my fiancé and I went in to sign some papers on a joint account and homeowners insurance. We met with Jordan Drumheller and she was so nice and easy to work with. The only time we could go in was 5:00- but she acted like she would stay all night if she needed to to make sure we understood everything that was going on. She was so friendly and helpful and when she didn't know the answer to a question she promptly found it out. I just hope you know how much it means to us as first time homebuyers to have someone so patient. Customer service does matter- and employees like Jordan Drumheller are what sets NCSECU apart from other credit unions and banks in the area.

Very unprofessional staff. Never had issue with any credit union in the entire state. This location has given me pure hell everytime I come to make a transaction. Moved to six Forks 5 months ago and I REFUSE TO USE THIS LOCATION. The Wake Forest road staff have been more accommodating. IF THERE WAS A ZERO RATING I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THAT....

ATM does not accept cash deposits! I arrived to deposit cash. Inserted my cash then atm says no longer accepting cash in middle of transaction. ATM did not return all my cash back. Called customer service to filed dispute. Still waiting on a answer!

We had a wonderful experience with Charlie Zalmon, who patiently and efficiently guided us through the process of obtaining a mortgage as first time home buyers. ~

The notary and other professionals here have gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

I had to struggle to fond this place. Google kept sending me to Jones st when I was only blocks from this location.
