Poor experience with auto lender with zero experience transferring auto loan from buyer to seller. Clearly, someone who was incredibly confused on handling the situation. Also an implication that the car being sold was stolen? Deplorable behavior from a representative of a credit union with a great reputation! Please do better.

I recently was having problems with my visa debit card. Purchases made online were being declined and I had recently made a deposit. I went into this branch and Dee helped me, noticed I had two accounts without my knowledge and we corrected the problem by having only one account for this and one account for that. Dee was very knowledgeable, caring, understanding and fixed my problem within minutes. I love my credit union!

I enjoy bill paying day, as I get to see all the friendly people at my credit union. I usually see either Julia C. Or Robin D. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about my accounts and now it seems that it only takes seconds to what it would take me to do in a couple hours or more! Jennifer C. Is also nice and friendly and helps out as needed on my account. Thank You for helping me with my money!

I absolutely love this branch.. I had some issues a couple of summers ago with the School system deducting my car payment from paycheck even after it had been paid off . Jennifer identified the problem and got right on it, and made sure my money was refunded to me... Plus whenever I need a Chocolate fix, I know exactly where to go.. Every Teller has a box of those World Famous Candy Bars at their station😀

The employees here all of them are very helpful Julia Childs is very nice and works with you on anything you need very informative very pleasant I enjoy visiting this employees credit Union they can do anything from a savings account to a mortgage they have children's accounts they have bus drivers summer savings accounts they can explain that to you and the percentage rate on their MasterCard is a very good rate you do have to work for the state or the or the Federal police department bus drivers once you have a relative there you can join if you put $25 into a savings account you remember for Life long as you keep it active you can't beat some of their interest rates and stuff just talk to them you'll be surprised

My husband I are always please how buisness is handled. Josh kincaid in particular has been so humble and kind to us. Very professional. Gives wonderful energy to the atmosphere. Thank you

This SECU branch is my favorite in the Winston Salem area. It is easy access, plenty of parking and every associate I have had contact with has been friendly and helpful. There is rarely a long wait.
