You are better off using a bank. I switched to this bank because they didn't have Chase in NC. I'm switching back now that they are here. The phone customer service manager Colin needs sensitivity training. After 6 years I'm closing my account. There service has declined. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Be forewarned.

I have banked there for over 30 years. People are always courteous and helpful. My children bank there and my grandchildren have accounts there as well. I would rather bank here than in any commercial bank.

Rashae Alston - CSR was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. He assisted me with adding another person to an account and it involved forwarding information to another branch for completion. This transaction was done promptly and flawlessly. To top it off, he took the time to call me the next morning to assure me that everything was complete and good to go. Much appreciated-excellent customer service!!

We met with ms. Kelly! She was so wonderful and had us in and out as quick as possible! She got done exactly what we needed done and was even patient with us. We recommend anybody seeing her if you need anything! She was absolutely wonderful! Thank you ms. Kelly!

Employees were very personable and knowledgeable.

This location can't get it together. Barely answer phone, so you can't even get any help.
