Great place to bank with. It's the best SECU around in the entire Raleigh district. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make things happen for you. They are very knowledgeable about the services that they have to offer, and if there is anything that they cannot do then they will let you know as well. Highly recommended!

Spoke with Coretta Watkins yesterday evening, and she had the NASTIEST attitude of any banker I’ve ever encountered at the NCSECU. She answered the phone saying, “well who are you looking for” and then just immediately asked for my social - didn’t even identify herself or what the call was about. The only reason I knew her name is bc she left me a voicemail to call her back but then had an attitude and apparently bothered that I did call back. Employee training is in desperate need evidently.

Came in to open an account for my son. As I’m signing in there are 4 bankers conversing amongst themselves so I’m thinking I won’t have to wait long. I waited for 15 minutes as I can still overhear their conversation. I decide enough is enough and I ask the receptionist to take my name off the list. She asks if everything was okay. I simply reply “I’ve been waiting and everyone is standing around talking.” One banker asks for my last name as I walk away. I won’t be returning to this branch.

Ms. Barbara the manager is very unprofessional. She not helpful. This SECU needs a new management! Ask to speak to the Vice President. He also wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t return my call !

Not helpful at all. My local branch is much more supportive in helping fill out the paperwork and deposit checks.

The SLOWEST bank I’ve EVER been to, it took over 10 mins just to deposit my checc when it wasn’t even busy

Management and bankers attitudes are horrible! Worst experience ever

I had the worse experience at this location today. I will never ever go back here.
