Their otp etiquette is horrible… You can detect a smile, attitude, bad day, whatever, & etc. not only in person but over the phone as well. Especially when you don’t properly close the conversion with thank you for banking with SECU per usual & just a click!

Evelyn Wright is a great worker and there is another co-worker along side her which Unfortunately forgot how to spell her name silly me. But the work community is great in there! I prefer this bank over the other 3 banks I work with xD

There's being busy, and then there's being inefficient, which is what this branch was for my near 25 minute stay. The line didn't move for over 15 minutes because Teller 1 decided Teller 2 needed her to look over her shoulder for several minutes and provide absolutely no help, thus making the rest of us sit there twiddling our thumbs. No apology for the wait, and nearly everyone in line was starting to get annoyed. Most of us coming during the lunch hour are on limited time. We get that you're busy, but this wasn't a wait due to being busy. This was a wait due to being completely uncaring that your clientele have things to do, too, and an inability to prioritize your work tasks. Do us all a favor and learn to prioritize, or at least acknowledge the time we spend (read: waste) waiting for you to get your act together. In the meantime, I'll stick with a different branch.

Went in on 4/5/19 to open account and Ms.Parker called me back to her office. I told her I needed to open an account .She asked did I have any family members with an account. I told her no but my fiance has one,so I gave her the name and birthday. She pulled up the account then asked for my license and social,so I gave it to her. Ms. Parker then said our addresses don't match do I have two utility bills showing that I live at the same address. I told her do but I was certainly not going to drive 20 miles to get them. Then I thought about it my daughter still has a savings account there,so I gave Ms.Parker the birthday and once again she pulled up the account ,and looked at me still asked for utility bill SMDH.I told her to give me my license and social security card back. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I WOULD NEED ANYTHING OTHER THAN MY LICENSE AND SOCIAL TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT GOING UNDER A FAMILY MEMBER SAME LAST NAME AND SAME ADDRESS? Went to WAKE FOREST branch and opened an account immediately and got a $250,000 mortgage loan thanks for the waste of time on my day off lol

Fantastic staff. They're very helpful when trying to deal with your finances. Willing to answer any questions you have. Always have liked SECU offices. This one is no exception.
