This is a great credit union. They are very helpful here.

Don't waste your time trying to get a car loan. Their commercials are a LIE. I have good credit but was told I did not approve for a car loan because of my expenses. Which makes not sense because I have good credit. I found out later at another agency, that I was not approved because I do ride sharing for living. So, banks are discriminating against people who ride-share. This is a selfish act on the banks. They only look out for themselves. NCSECU DO NOT LOOK OUT FOR THEIR MEMBERS. BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Terrible customer service. Only gave one star because no stars wasn’t an option. I’ve ALWAYS had trouble with this bank. I recommend going to a different SECU.

WHATS NOT TO LOVE...ITS THE BEST BANKING SYSTEM IN THE STATE... LOW TO NO FEES...YOU CAN ALWAYS GET SOMEONE ON THE TELEPHONE IF YOU NEED HELP...I CAN NOT THINK OF ONE NEGATIVE THING TO SAY ABOUT SECU OF WILSON NC...(ALL FOUR BRANCHES)

Don't expect to get any business done over here on your lunch break, they all on lunch too... there is a thing called staggered lunch times, not everyone has to go at 12. Lost 3 customers, everyone said they weren't going to come to this branch.

I think it's a great bank I love there customer service is on point

Be prepared to sit if you don't have a account already went in and sat for 2 hours and was never called . People just gathering around desk talking instead of helping people .

Been my checking for decades.. great, solid service with friendly staff.
