Very slow service. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes for someone to get to me as a walk in. Today I waited an hour watching employees walk right past me back and forth.

I am a veteran and my husband is a employee of the City. If you want to take out a loan DO NOT do it with DONALD MYERS. He is rude and unprofessional. My husband went in to get a loan not sure of the process he called me. So I asked Donald why does my husband have to have car insurance on a car he is not sure he wants to purchase the car yet? Donald replied " When you are buying a car you have to have full coverage on the car, PERIOD." I said, "Did I just say something that offended you?" he said "no", I said " So why are you speaking to me that way. I don't even use the word period when I talk to people I know. You do not know me!" What we wanted was an Auto Power Loan. We did ask for another loan officer and got Fatima who was very nice a professional. If it wasnt for Fatima this review would be a 1 star.

Snapshot: This location does not allow you to come inside the branch, drive thru and telephone banking only. Customer service at this branch: 1 out of 5 stars Contacted customer service (800#) to inquire about a home loan and was advised to visit the branch. I was informed that I would just need to wear a mask. When I arrived they advised that I would not be able to enter, but instead would need to call in to speak to a rep inside. Annoying, but no big deal. I called in and was immediately placed on hold. When the banker returned to the phone, she was unenthusiastic and just seemed distracted. As a matter of fact, I was CLEARLY on speaker phone and she was shuffling through things in her office and at times speaking from a distance. I said "I was hoping to speak to someone about a home loan" to which she replied "Okay...." and there was an awkward pause as if I should have more to say. She then asked if I was familiar with their products instead of just taking the time to ask me probing questions and figure out what product would be best for me. Overall, her tone was disinterested and quite frankly the staff at this branch seem to forget that we are not customers, we are MEMBERS. They do not seem to have a respect for that. I ended the call and traveled to another branch across town that allowed me to come in and presented the products to me that best fit my circumstance after they asked the right questions. You know, the basics of customer service. The staff at this branch are clearly burnt out and do not know how to serve the community in which it is located. They are always so short or just do not express the same concern or professionalism you're granted at other branches. I understand that being located in a low-income area has its challenges but if you can't serve this community without your biases being clear as day, please transfer to a different location.

Everyone here works extremely slowly. I came to drop off and pick up items in my safe box and it took much longer than it needed to. I believe I waited over 30 minutes.

Don’t normally use this branch because it’s a bit out of the way but my dad prefers it due to its longevity. I want to give a special thanks to Demarcus B. for going above and beyond.

This location by far has to be the worst one. I will drive an extra 10 miles. Just to avoid having to vist this branch.
