I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with the Mocksville SECU and our interactions with Sarah Elder. My wife and I are first time homebuyers, we originally had a great mortgage officer in our corner but the bank said there was a conflict of interest. We got stuck with Sarah Elder. She was very condescending, rude, treated my wife and I like we were in the real estate business for years, horrible communication skills, refused to work with our real estate agent and our insurance provider. I pray that no one who is purchasing thier first home gets stuck with her.
