I live very close to this location and attempt to use it for ATM services on a regular basis. However, more times than not, the ATM either is completely down or can’t perform the transactions that I need. It’s a very frustrating situation and an inconvenience to have to drive as far as I do to have to find a location to serve my need.

I used drive through and it wasn't too backed up. Tellers were quick & efficient.

This branch is so slow. The associates are pleasant but work at such a slow pace, its painful. It shouldn't take 17 minutes to do a withdrawal in the drive through. Come on SECU, you can do better.

I have with the credit union since 2006. I have finally been approved for a loan for $1000 and that was like pulling teeth to get that amount. They bring up things from my credit that occurred from my divorce and from more than 7 years ago. I don't have another bank so all my funds are deposited into this bank. I was once again turned down for a vehicle loan. What is the point of being with a bank 14 years if they can't do anything but deny you.

I'm observant of politeness to patrons, and I have to say, the experience I had at this location just now really made me consider closing all my accounts altogether. Teller, Ginnie Thompson (I believe that's her name), was rude and dismissive to me. I simply wanted printed statements for particular months; and she basically gave me statements she wanted me to have, some of them for an account I didn't request. She was very cold and acted as if she didn't want to be bothered. When she was "done", I felt very rushed and essentially dismissed out of her office (she handed me my printoffs, turned back to her computer, and said nothing as if I wasn't still standing there). I will not be returning to this site again. If it were not for the convenience of SECU (they are basically everywhere ) I would have left them alone a long time ago.

I will never come back to this location. I went there trying to invest in some stocks and was talk down to like I was an uneducated person, I am college educated. The man that handles the stocks office try to scare me off from buying stock by saying that I would loose all my money if I did. I have actually became very successful at it. I feel that I was judge by the way I look and would never come back to this branch again.

Sweetest souls ever inside working as well as the drive through. Always remember my face and name...address even (BC I always leave my wallet in the car!). BTW: The atm has been on fritz/off in the AM hrs so do not drive far to withdraw cash or deposit late night/early morning. It may not be worth your expenses. [Ol' late night server deposits at 1am :]

I walked into the Pacific Drive branch today in Raleigh, NC, in need of assistance with banking matters and after being seated in a designated area for a few minutes, Stephen Edmister walked over to me cordially calling out my name. We love to hear the sound of our name being called. He led me to his office and asked how he may be of service. Long story short he inquired, assisted, offered advise and essentially went above and beyond in offering superior service as a SECU banking representative. Thanks much Mr. Edmister. Evelyn A. There must be a liar and a theif working in that branch. I attempted to with draw funds from the ATM and apparently the ATM was broken because it didnt dispense my money yet it took it off my card. I had my card company investigate and some how they found false documents saying i got my money. I know their are security cameras all around and if they actually looked at it they would see i didnt get any money from that ATM. Therefor somebody in that branch is lying or they stealing.
