State Employees’ Credit Union Olive Branch Rd, Durham

I've been going to this branch for a while. The staff consistently go above and beyond to help out with whatever I need, and they are kind to myself, as well as my family, which goes a long way. Can't say enough good things about the people there. Thank you!

My boyfriend has banked with SECU for years and just loves them. My sister in law works for the bank as well and she loves her job, lots of opportunity for promotions and move up in Co. We just sold our house and our banker put in a new account, set some spending guidelines. Pleasant, friendly staff. Wheel chair accessible,restrooms, plenty of free parking, drive through or ATM banking. Entir bank was clean, modern but selling the blue bird houses due to habitat destruction, melted my heart!! Terrific branch!!

I appreciate the staff at this bank so much. In moments of frustration they have been nothing but kind and understanding. Their customer service is stellar and they make you feel as if your concern is theirs as well. I cannot recommend them enough, from your every day business needs to disputing charges to securing a loan.

Very helpful staff. Handicap parking is available. Entrance Doors are Handicap capable. Plenty parking is available. ATM machine and drive through is now open. Several lnaes are always open.

In most cases I've enjoyed my bank but recently they change the atm outside the bank to if you deposit cash, in my personal experience it want show up till the next day which isn't the way it has been. When did serving your customers and making it convenient which is what it has been up to that point.

Folks that work here are very nice, friendly, and helpful. More of a community fell rather than folks there just to collect a paycheck.

This is turly the best secu bank around "good people." Everyone is willing to help out always!!
