I joined yesterday and I received the best customer service ever! , Allen McKinney was very helpful and patient.I spent a lot of time working with him because I was very indecisive on a few things, he never appeared to be frustrated he help me work through all my banking needs and taught me many things I didn’t know as well. Marked closed lanes are not really closed and therefore making the open lanes take 30 + minutes to get helped. If a lane is marked closed, do not help those that don’t follow directions. The closed lanes are getting helped back to back and it’s very depressing for the open lanes.
