No drive threw. A foul smell inside that can only be described as a base of vinaigrette and feet.

There is a drive-through at this branch. It’s just 75 feet away across the parking lot.

I thought I would get good customer service after being a member for many years. The manager Chad doesn't care about you. I don't know what they are interested in but it's definitely a humiliating experience there. I am a large depositor and wouldn't think it would be that way. I'm going to withdraw my money.

I visited 404 Old Honeycutt Rd, Fuquay Varina, NC 27526 on Friday October 12th to 520pm. I arrived and notified the staff members that I had already sat for almost an hour a couple days ago and was approved for a loan. I worked with Mr. Ryan Schlick and was rushed off out of the branch without him going above and beyond to ensure I was able to complete my loan before the weekend. I have always received great customer service for over 10 years with NCSECU and I was shocked that the only thing on Mr. Schlick's mind was leaving the branch versus serving the customer. I felt embarrassed, rushed, and terrible by this experience and will re-consider my membership with SECU as this was not the normal customer service I have been accustomed to for 10+ years.

Stephanie Earnest was very rude and treated me very disrespectful! I have been a member with SECU for over 30 years and never been treated this badly before. She was very unprofessional and didn’t even want to call another branch to help me with my situation. I will never go back to Fuquay branch again!

Right down the road from our home. Have been doing my personal banking at this location over 15 years now. Have always been treated fairly, staff is professional. Will continue my banking at this location. Thank you to all at SECU of Fuquay Varina!

Do not ever do any banking business with John Smart at this branch. John is incompetent, and could not even sort out the mailing of a credit card to the correct location. I have done banking with the Fuquay branch of SECU for many years, but John Smart needs to go.

Stephanie at this branch, really need to learn customer service and how to talk to customers.

This is possibly the slowest SECU i have ever been to 😡
