State Bank is by far the best bank I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have both our business account and personal accounts with them and have never been disappointed. Love this bank! We did our building home loan through them and it was hassle free! We now use our personal line through them and my family enjoys going in every Friday for errands and "Free Cookie Fridays!" The employees know you by name and it is a friendly atmosphere.

I’ve never actually banked here but go through their ATM all the time. It’s the only ATM I know of that dispenses denominations besides $20 bills. I don’t even live near this area but have driven across town to use it! AND it even talks to you!

The customer service is excellent ! The tellers have helped me on several occasions, they are polite helpful , and really get to know know their clients , I really can trust them when I have questions , and I know they have my best interests in mind.

Wouldn't cash a check that was wrote exactly as L&I told me to have checks wrote to my company. Only bank in all of Spokane to not cash one.
