I have been with State Bank since 2001 - living in La Crescent, MN until 2017. Over the years they have served me very well. I appreciate the extra care provided fraud protection team and the LaCrosse Branch Manager - Justin, Lynn prior to him. I had my mortgage with State Bank and they kept it in-house, servicing the account very well. I live out of the area now (Owatonna) and bank remotely - the app is wonderful and the ability to scan checks for deposit is awesome. The bill pay features are super useful for me. They have stuck with me thru everything . I've been with them for many years. My children have used this bank. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I just wish that they would have more available out of town, otherwise a great bank.

I've been banking here since 2006. At that time it was the only bank that didn't have hidden fees. Still the most prestigious bank in town.

God awful service. Received written approval for a loan weeks late found out loan was not approved. Verging on illegal level of service.
