Star Loans of Texas was very attentive to the needs of our business. They customized the repayment terms to help with our cash flow stream and provided funding quickly when we needed it. Their communication was excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely work with them again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After having referred repeat business to this place, they could not assist when I paid off a $1000 loan. I paid them EARLY to clear my balance. Told me I needed to be there before closing or the pay off amount would increase at 5:30. When we got there to pay it at 12:40, they said the pay off balance increase. Stating they told me to be there by 12:30. This was not the case. She said it would increase at 5:30. Paid it anyways, to get out of this loan. In the past, I've referred friends and family to them. Never again.

They are very understanding and work with you, they help you in every way they can, I am highly satisfied with their services I've been with them for 8 months and I love it Ms.Maritza i believe is her name she's my loaner and god her service is great!
