I'm ok with them. Things are changing...so I may have to move on

Rude and didn’t want to service. I went in there just last week and a lady at the desk told me what I needed with no problem. The light skin heavy set girl that’s sitting in there today of course was telling me to go to the teller, different information then before and trying to rush. I told her I wasn’t told any of the information she is telling me now and she whispered well. You guys won’t keep customers this way

There's always a reason for the drive through services to be closed and they never tell you about any got changes or special closings. I would not recommend using this bank service. You'd be better off taking your money elsewhere.

I have spent thousands of dollar's at Gamestop since I was kid and GameStop became a international gamer business. However I will be contacted the corporate manager on my next day off because me and my family spend to much money at GameStop to deal with the unprofessionalism of the this 1 guy worker. I never got his name but he is a darkskin extra chubby guy with a kinky fro and wears glasses. Please believe this will be the last time he ever speak rude to a loyal valuable customer. If it wasn't for me being mature and older, he would have saw the negative side of me but I will be us both a favor and handle these uncomfortable matters on a professional level.

They lack common sense. They are unprofessional and need training on how to deal with people. They need to fire all staff and collect a better selection of representatives for the branch.

Love that they have 2 Drive thru ATM's makes your experience faster.

Only help certain people ,you have to have alot of money before they help you with a house are car loan
