Had a great experience working with Brian Habel buying my first home. He was very knowledgeable about the area, and I never felt pressured to make any decision. His assistant was also very prompt and dialed with all the paperwork and necessary documents. The search feature on his website is awesome as it lets a person select square footage and lot size to customize a search better than I've seen from other sites. I'd definitely recommend Brian to friends and family in the future for real estate needs.

Brian spent a great amount of time getting properties lined up for us to see when we made the 2,500 mile journey from New Jersey that universally matched up with our criteria. I just really want to say that it was a great experience going with Brian Habel in search of a new home. It was especially great when we were looking very seriously at a home, the information he was able to share of what to look for, so that we did not purchase a fixer-upper (which would not have met our needs). I have known and worked with Brian for about 8 years, and must say that he is one of the most honest, hard working, and generally all around "nice guys" that I have ever met. After being unsuccessful selling my property myself I did some research and called around to find a realtor. I ended up having Brian help me sell my home. The home had some drawbacks and would require a certain buyer. He researched the home and provided me that research and gave me an informed opinion of the value and how to properly market it. He new values. He provided updates of what was happening throughout. He would reach out to the other side if they ever dropped the ball and or get the ball rolling whenever he could. I tried listing it higher but it ended up selling for right at the price he initially projected. He spent so much time to make the sell happen. It was more than worth it. His negotiating skills were amazing. He helped me know when to push it and when to ease up. He really fought hard for my interest. He has the right contacts to call for a second or third opinion to make sure we had all the info available. He was always available and would either answer or call me back right away. You will not get a realtor that knows what he knows and will work harder to get you the best deal/most for your home. Highly recommended.

Brian took us to all the new housing sites until we found the exact house that fit our needs, followed up with us long distance during the building, and was with us through the walk-thru. Excellent realtor and friend!
