Splashwire has provided cost effective solutions for us that have helped move our company in a forward direction, not only in technology, but in forward thinking of business solutions. I believe they evaluated our particular business model and then developed solutions that fit our needs and budget, which forwarded our growth. They have a great staff to work with, that always make you feel that they are working for your best interest.

Our company entered into a partnership with Splashwire a few years ago to help support our growing business and to aid our internal IT team. Late last year we completely upgraded our physical infrastructure with the help and guidance of Splashwire. We purchased all equipment through Splashwire and are now up and running without any downtime to our business!

I would not recommend this company. As one of their own employees put it, the owner is mostly concerned with racking up service hours. They fired the only 2 good technicians they ever had because they did not agree with the way management ran the business. We now pay a local firm 1/3 of what 2k used to charge us for monthly service. I thought something was odd so I monitored the 2k technicians web usage for the 4 hours he was on site and the tech spent 4 hours shopping and visiting fantasy football sites. Basically we paid $130/hr for the tech to relax and browse the web for the morning, totaling over $500! That was the end of that.
