I had interaction with May but her Staff that is there is also very rude and not forth right. They requested to see my personal phone to go through my bank account at free will even though they had copies of my bank statements and pay stubs. Definitely becareful and if you do have any racial profiling or defamation against as the lady that was there to there today belittled me by calling me a liar because I did not want her to go through my personal phone and bank account as she pleased. I filed a better business bureau compliant as the interaction with me today caused me Stress and Anxiety. Most Definitely will not be back here.

They denied cashing my check even AFTEERR I provided proof from my bank and theirs. I showed picture evidence from my bank having deposited checks from my employer every week for the same amount and the lady "helping" me was just like oohhh so sorry. I don't know your bank. Umm Wells Fargo?! Yea super weird not legit bank. She even held my phone and clicked through my bank account app which was not at all welcomed. They are invasive, rude, and just all around bad. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Wow! Just left this place and was completely disrespected by the lady there. Stop by to cash a reimbursment check and I walk in smile and greet the lady and she's already looking at me skeptically, but that's ok. I proceed to inform her that I would like to cash a check and she asks what for? It's a reimbursement check from the company I have worked at for 9 years. She says she has to examine the check takes it and walks away. As a former bank teller I understand the need to verify a check but we usually did it in front of the customer so there's a mutual respect in procedure; still not a problem. She returns and says she cannot cash the check; interesting since she hasn't done the due dillagance in verify my ID, the name on the check to match; Hell I haven't even been able to provide my ID yet, but you've already determined it can't be cashed...hmmm. I ask why, and she says because I have to verify the company; I said ok verify the company than. She says it's too late, hmmm you haven't asked me what my company's hours of operation are so once again how are you making this determination? I said call them they can verify it, she says what's the number I give her our toll free number because I'm already getting the vibe she is untrusting, which is odd since all I've done so far is presented myself and my check. She says well how do I know that's the real number. Do you not have internet access? Can you not google the company to verify the number I gave you and than call and verify the check? Unreal. I ask her if there's a problem because you are being extremely rude and dismissive and all I've done is walk in thus far. I tell her if you don't want to cash it, that's all that needs to be said. But for each one of you're reasonings not to cash my check I've provided information to counter your argument so there really shouldn't be a problem. She says "I'm not being rude" gives me the check and walks away. Not backs up; not to the other side of the room; but to a completely different room that is out of sight! Really? Wow! Maybe it was my baggy shirt, my backwards hat, or my heavy set stature; but for whatever reason this woman decided upon entry that I was not going to receive service even after complying with all her requirements. As I left an empty room because I was by myself and she had retreated out of sight I did yell expect this to be reported to the Better Business Bureau, and I meant it! This type of profiling cannot and should not be tolerated.

WOREST PLACE OVER.. Lady ran my credit with out authorization nor I was never asked if it was ok. My lawyer will be contacting this location. Please be aware of this inquiry will affect you credit score.

The worse employees their ! Unprofessional and rude. They should be fired. They cant do their jobs right. The ladies there. To old replace them with better employees that are going to do their job right

If there was a rating for no stars I’d put that, I just called to ask requirements told her my income and she says I don’t qualify cause I have to make at least $11 an hour.... does she not know math I make a lot more than that what a f****** joke seriously.
