Just want to say what an awesome experience I have with this location! The young ladies always greet me with a beautiful smile and hello,!! Very helpful with great information about my loan and check needs!!! It’s always very quick service and very clean atmosphere!! They make you feel like family!! I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!! Thank you ladies!!!!

I hated having to get a payday loan due to the obscene fees and everything associated with it and frankly think it's robbery. However the level of service I received more than made up for it, when I walked in and blabbered on to the rep about my situation, from that moment on, I felt a lot of empathy and just overall positive treatment. It was a rough day, and my entire transaction with Linda (I believe) and the rest of the staff made my day just a bit better. I was treated like a human being, and even other customers were met with smiles and genuine pleasantries that are sadly uncommon. Wonderful and caring staff well worth their weight in gold.

There is a an employee named Linda who works there. She is always so nice and friendly. A couple months ago she suggested I start using an Opt + card to save money for Christmas. I was apprehensive at first but decided it was a good idea. So every 2 weeks I put like $30 into the card. Early in November my husband was laid off, no check for 5 weeks. I remembered that I had money on the card suggested by Linda. Fed my family and gave us gas until my husband got paid again from his new job! Thanks to Linda and her friendly suggestion!

Came in for a money order and the ladies were great. Top of line customer service, would definitely recommend to a friend. If you go ask for Linda, she’s wonderful!

Need a couple more years of experience from both manager and co-worker had to drive to location 304 in converse to get my situation resolve. it was my first time getting a loan and they preferred to make fun of me behind the glass between each other and send me to a location 20 mins away rather than helping me out i live right behind this location, but never walking in to such a disrespectful place... Money is a serious issue not a joke.

Was told that I couldn’t even though I had a joint checking account and was Mia inform after I had called before hand to confirm and was told I could as long as the account was active for thirty days and then turned around came in and was told something completely different and was lied to

I love it here they are so kind and make me feel like we are all friends! Linda is like my favorite she talk and chats and also helps me out a lot! Amazing place good job

As soon as you walk in they greet you with a welcome & smile, then do quick transactions your in & out I like that, and dealing with the same teller and enjoy talking to them while getting your business taken care of that’s perfect, but when there good at there job & nice to talk to there always busy helping others, but a smile & wave going in & out is still good too, they just make you feel good coming & going this is a great place to do your banking

I called to see if they could help with copies and faxes. Debra was very pleasant over the phone. Great customer service!

Caitylnn is the best there went to cash a check and had no problems, made it easy and fast. She even gave me a water saving me from dehydration, the staff there is amazing.
