So tired of coming here this branch and the ATM machine is literally always not accepting deposits this is something that has been constantly going on. SCCU needs to fix this machine it's not right to have to wait in long lines just to deposit money.This is not professional at all in my opinion. It's literally like the 5th time. And who knows how many more times. I've had to drive way down the road just to deposit money

I'm from out of town and needed something notarized. Even though I'm a credit union member in my home state they refused to do it. I offered to pay a fee and they still refused. Useless and stupid.

A fraudulent auto loan was opened in my name in January of 2014. I contacted them when I became aware in 2016. I contacted them when I became aware in early 2016 when I was denied for a credit card and was baffled. I pulled my credit report and saw 3 auto loans with 3 different banks. Southeast Toyota, west lake financial, and space coast credit union. I quickly attempted to resolve the issue by getting in contact with the banks involved. I sent Evelyn from the fraud department a police report, an identity theft affidavit, drivers license, income tax for the corresponding year, and social security card. I Followed up for a couple of weeks and each time it was "processing" so I believed my issue was getting resolved. I stopped contacting them and waited for their response. I called them last week(week of 5/20/2019) and spoke to Anna from the same department who informed me that they supposedly sent me a letter informing me that my fraud claim was denied. I have no proof this letter existed and no one called me to inform me of the status of my claim. I asked her what my next steps were because I am a victim of identity theft. She informed me that my claim was denied because I checked a box that said "I was unwilling to testify". 5/31/19 at 7:45am I resent all the information, with a new identity theft affidavit with the "I will testify" box checked. I contacted the department at 8am and asked for Evelyn or Anna and was told that Anna is out of the office and Evelyn is in a meeting. The young man took my information down and told me told me he would pass my information on to Evelyn. I waited until 3:45 pm to see if she had received my documentation, and was informed that she's still in a meeting, I asked the person to take down my information and pass it along, and also forward me to her inbox so that I may leave a message. I called back at 4:45pm and spoke to Lauren and asked for Evelyn and she was still in a meeting. I asked Lauren what time they close because I did not want to go into the weekend without knowing if my documentation was received. I was told they close at 8pm. Lauren called me back to inform me that my drivers license picture was fuzzy and they need another picture, I told her I would send it in before 8pm, she kept insisting that it did not have to be done today, and I again informed her that I do not want to go into the weekend without knowing if my documentation was received, so I will get it to her before 8pm today. I quickly hurried home to change and ran over to fedex/kinkos so that I can fax it to her. I called the office at 7:45 pm and they were closed. I called again at 7:50, and again at 7:53. They were closed.

They charge $25 to wire money. Which is more than the bank charges to wire money. What's wrong with this picture. I was told on their 800 line that it was $15 to do a wire transfer drove 25 minutes to do the wire transfer and at the counter they said $25. Offered no help or explanation except they change the amount and became more expensive than Banks a couple of months ago. Credit unions are supposed to be not-for-profit there for cheaper than banks for their customers not so in this case. Seems like they're going to charge their way out of the business and banks will become your friend again instead of the credit union.

I like credit unions and have been with SCCU for over 30 years. Recently they removed their member services rewards levels and lowered their standards to obtain what they say are to better serve more members. This may be true but at the same time will lower their member standards to obtain less credit worthy customers. This also alienated us longer better established members such as myself. Now I have to pay for certain items that were once free to myself (such as checks). Seems to me this alienation I now pay for these "better serving more members". Thanks for the 30 years SCCU.

Paid off my auto loan and instead of marking my loan paid in full to the credit bureaus they marked it at 90 days + late and ruined our credit score. After months of hounding them to fix it, they finally marked it as paid in full but left the derogatory mark on the credit bureau sites. They never removed the incorrect report.

I've been with Space Coast CU for almost 30 years and have a very good relationship with them always, and I'm very grateful to them. Any question is answered ASAP.....with professionalism and empathy. Any transaction is handled with speed and efficiency and, last but not least for sure, is the friendliness and cheerfulness of the drive-thru tellers that absolutely change my attitude to meet their smiles. Statement received does not reflect correct amount payment due. Last 2 months reflected amount due was less than amount demanded when came to drive thru. There by had to pay cash in addition to written check.

Absolutely horrible place!! Had a boat on hold and tried to get a loan and Tony was helping us... so we thought. It was longer then a week and haven't heard. Called him several times and let him know we had a boat on hold but still hadn't heard from him. 10 days in and have heard nothing from him after calling him several times! Wouldn't want to open an account with these people because they are so incompetent on returning a phone call. Never mind giving them your money. I would stay away!!
