Personally, for years I worked with all local high end banks, and to be quite honest, I have no complain the staffs from Oakland park Blvd branch in sunrise, FL to wherever the are located, they are pleasant, they take personal care, because it's your money and that's their jobs. I give a five star, why throughout the years I know exquisite and professional services, I do hope the public really take the time to give their appreciation to every staff at all branches, a thumbs up and a thank you, I know service when I see it in motion, Good jobs guys chow

I have changed my all bank accounts from Chase to space Coast Credit Union and I’m really happy aspecially with my business accounts. The employees are really nice and you feel welcome. Marsha is really nice. She value the time and give you best guidance you supposed to get. They really appreciate the business. I feel like I wasted many years by giving business to Chase bank. Another good experience. I requested receipt over the phone and told them I really need it urgent. As soon they see me, they come out and handover the recipient. Wowwww. I feel special. This people go above and beyond to provide you with best service. I am really impress

Use to be a great credit union but now with all the fees, reduced hours, antiquated ATM, and other branch equipment not to mention no drive-thru you have to wonder about SCCU's commitment to Fort Lauderdale. You might as well stay with your REAL bank! Since the new manager came on board the place always looks like its in some sort of crisis.

Every time I call customer service. Ask for my over draft wave they do it. Love this credit union

NEVER USE THIS BANK!!! My husband and I opened a business account here and was approved for a loan through SBA and they refuse to release the funds to us. They stated they are sending the money back to SBA, it has been weeks and they have not sent the money back. We opened an account with Chase to have the loan sent there and they are still holding the money. SBA said they have to wait until they get the money back to redirect it to our new account. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY FAR FAR FAR FROM THIS BANK. WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!

The only place l would do banking. Great customer service with all of the tellers. Just wish they would play music while you wait in line , but the que is super fast on my lunch break which is a blessing.

the bank is great, but at this branch the manager her name is "Brookie" has a very nasty attitude she doesn't let you talk and talks back screening at definitely should not be in customer service
