Highly recommend!, Great customer service!, and very low interest rates !!.. Gerry helped me tremendously by helping me choose the best car and sending me to his trusted dealerships.. Once I went to finalize the paperwork, I was impressed at how low the monthly payments would be through them.. Can’t wait to start looking for a home soon.. I already know who will be financing me..

Our account with another credit union was merged into Space City without notice. They began charging account maintenance fees that our previous credit union did not, and then sent us the first statement (our only communication from them at all) showing the fee deductions after they had taken it from our account. Very deceptive company. I certainly recommend avoiding them and using one of the many reputable credit unions in the Houston area.

Space City CU has excellent customer service. I just recently financed a second car with them and utilized their Dealer Select Program - I have to say that it was the least stressful car-buying experience by far.

I have been a member here for 15 years, However, after time all things fade. This was a great institution but now a days they are nickle and diming us to death due to greed. you should focus on what made you a great institution and go back to what worked. I think I can speak for all members on the fact that we are not interested in making your fat cat share holders fatter due to greed. we are the ones that keep you in business and you should think about that.

Definitely not happy with the customer service. I feel like I wasted my vacation at dealerships because they drug their feet. Also, they say they would call back, but they never do. I tried to get a motorcycle financed for about 6 days and, after my application went through, they said I had to put 10% down (shouldn’t that have been prior knowledge?). I wasted a lot of my time.

The benefit of using this credit union is the personal attention you receive. If you are tired of being treated like a number this is the place to turn to. They care about their members and have every banking need covered. I just signed up for Pop Money and I love it! You can send money to someone else's account with just a touch of a button. This is a great benefit in my busy life! Thanks Jorge for the attention you gave me, much appreciated!!
