It took 3 weeks to get a refund back they owed me. My realtor tried for 2.5 weeks and then I had to call myself. They were able to do it the same day once I called them.

The 3 ladies here were wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. They let our 3 dogs into the office so we didn't have to leave them in the car. They also went out of their way to find us a place that would rent us a generator when they heard that our power wasn't turned on yet. They went way above and beyond which really helped after a 10 hour drive to our closing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
