This is the best branch by far! I have been to several Southside bank locations but the one in Hawkins is by far the best! Everyone is so friendly there and they will do anything they can to help. They are all great people!

Im a customer at Southside Bank in Hawkins, Texas located inside of Brookshire. Branch Mgr , CJ Hammond is a Awesome Man. Great customer service. You also have Alissa Sweet and Beautiful young Lady always willing to help the customers. Domnique is a very nice and Humble young man, very Quiet . I've been to several Southside Banks . Hawkins has the Best because of the customer service they provide and the smile😀 that they wear on a Daily basis.. They know there customers by name. God Bless Hawkins Southside Bank always. 💙❤💙

I've been with Hawkins South Side bank for 14 years and the kind service with genuine smiles makes me feel good. Service has been awesome.

The people at this location are very friendly. I go to this bank every week so everyone who works at this Southside knows me and my family and so they pretty much always know what we need whenever we go here for something. They were also very helpful when we had our card skimmed at a gas pump and money was stolen from our account. Not only did we get our money back but also they waived the fee for our account getting overdrawn. Also they are quick to respond with an answer if I have a question, and I often do! Thank you Southside!
