      We are so pleased with Southland Residential Title! Everyone we spoke with were always friendly and kept us informed during the closing process. This was our first home, so we weren't sure what to expect, but we couldn't have asked for anything more. The office was nice and they even had toys and coloring books for our daughter!       They don't return phone calls. I will never recommend them for any closing on any house's!!! Choose any title company.

You stated in an initial conversation with us that our phone calls were being recorded therefore, we have the right to refuse to speak with you verbally. We did, however, communicate with you regularly via email.

      Have called many many times to file title work. No one ever available and no return calls. Called another title company and they took care of the filing immediately- without delay

      I initially had issues with them sending payoffs to creditors. They ended up correcting the mistake.
