Brian and Christy were a pleasure to work with. In 2020 Brian was able to assist me on a jumbo loan mortgage that all other lenders could not manage to do given my circumstances. A year and change later Brian reached out and advised with home values increasing and interest rates still low it would be a good time to refinance. Brian was able to get me out of a risky ARM loan and into a conventional fixed (1% lower) just before interest rates started flying up. If it wasn’t for Brian and his experience I would not have been able to make one of the best investments of my life.
