    I love this place. They are lightening fast on loan processing and approval. There has been a major change in the atmosphere here in the past few months! Lori and Kira have always been great, and I adore the new teller, Donna. What a welcome change to the bank! I highly recommend Southeast Financial for all banking and borrowing needs. I have never once been disappointed. I trust them with all that I have. Truly a step above the rest.

    I applied on a Sunday for a car loan and knew that it would not start being reviewed until sometime Monday. While I was trying to be patient it was getting close to their closing time on Monday so I called to see if there was an update. I had not heard from anyone via phone call or email at this point. I spoke to someone in their loan department who told me she had my info and application in front of her and would call me back before she left that day. No phone call. The next day I again waited until around 3pm to call for an update. I was connected with Christy in the loan department and she was hateful to say the least. She was absolutely annoyed that I was calling and told me they had already processed my application. News to me because no one emailed or called me??? I ultimately went another route for financing with a company who cared about me as a customer. I wouldn't recommend a stranger here.

    Have had various loans with them over the years - boat, car, and motorcycle. Never had an issue other than one time a payment for one bike was applied to the other - it was quickly resolved with a single call. I have always experienced a quick turn-around for approvals, and loan doc signing has never taken more than 5 minutes, other than to chit-chat. Because of rates and service, they will continue to be my first go-to for vehicle loans.

    I have been a customer of this this credit union for over 4 years. I have financed 3 vehicles from them and I will never use anyone else. They have great customer service and I love the 2 skip payments they offer and you can use them when unexpected expenses occur.

    Very poor communication about a loan online. Called all week to try and talk to someone and never could talk to Yvonne had to get word from some one else. Didn’t want to try to resolve anything after that. Take your business some where else.

    BEWARE!!! It appears the Experience with this credit union is sometimes frustrating from practices of taking out double payments which takes my time on the phone with my bank and SFC to try and straiten out there internal Screw Ups all to often. This month again I get late notices on payments that have been arranged to be automatically withdrawn by them on a monthly date that we both agreed upon. When I call them I am told too email a department to request the change in pay date so that the blame is apparently assumed by me. I informed them we already had this session before and they have to fix it and adjust it to the prior agreed date . Other customers are experiencing this problem can contact the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division Nashville, TN. These events aren't just ethic violations but potentially securities violations, not to mention their refusal to correct the inaccurate credit reporting harm done. BEWARE!!!
